NABL accredited concrete cube compression, core extraction testing, mix design, and block analysis per IS 516 at our Yelahanka lab.
Concrete strength verification is mandatory at every stage of construction. V2 Civil Diagnostics provides cube and cylinder compression testing, concrete core analysis (25-150mm diameter), block testing, and mix design services. We also support on-site assessments through NDT methods like rebound hammer and UPV for existing structures. Our lab follows IS 516 and IS 1199 under NABL accredited, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 protocols. Builders, contractors, and QA/QC engineers across Bengaluru depend on our concrete test reports for structural compliance and quality assurance sign-offs.
Our comprehensive testing covers all essential parameters required by Indian Standards and NABL protocols.

V2 Civil Diagnostics on Bagalur Main Road, Yelahanka, is a NABL accredited lab offering concrete cube compression testing per IS 516. We serve construction sites across Bengaluru.
As per IS 516, a set of three cubes (150mm x 150mm) is the standard sample size for a single compressive strength test at each age (7 days, 28 days).
Yes. We perform core extraction with diameters ranging from 25mm to 150mm and test for compressive strength per IS 516 Part 4. We convert core strength to equivalent cube strength in our reports.
Yes. We design concrete mixes per IS 10262:2019 based on your target grade, materials, and site conditions. The mix design includes trial mix verification at our lab.
Our report compares the 28-day compressive strength of your cubes or cores against the characteristic strength of the specified concrete grade. We clearly indicate pass/fail status per IS 456 acceptance criteria.
If cube results fall short, we recommend core testing from the actual structure to assess in-situ strength. We can also perform NDT assessments (rebound hammer, UPV) for a broader evaluation.
NABL accredited results. Fast turnaround. Full regulatory acceptance.
